Chair leg design is the cornerstone of furniture stability and aesthetics. Heduen creates distinctive chair leg designs inspired by nature and craftsmanship, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal. Each design reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.
Lily-shaped Chair Leg
Zeng Xiaoyun , the original designer of Heduen, has a deep love for lilies. After growing lilies for several consecutive years, he had the thought: "Can I turn my beloved lilies into products to share with more customers?" The R&D team went through over a hundred rounds of design and sample making, as well as more than ten rounds of factory mold development. Living up to expectations, the Lily-shaped Chair Leg Series was finally launched—and this collection is also set to be the flagship series of the Heduen brand in 2026.
Trumpet-shaped Chair Leg
Beside the country lanes in China, there always grows a flowering plant famous for its trumpet-shaped blooms—the morning glory. With its unique flower form, we cleverly integrated this design into our chair legs. Adopting a seven-step baking paint process, and after two years of dedicated efforts, our Trumpet-shaped Chair Leg Series was fully launched in 2024. Its sales volume has doubled year on year, making it one of our best-selling products.
Four claw-shaped Chair Leg
New demands drive new products. The customer inquiries about stainless steel products made us realize that Hedun still had a gap in the R&D of stainless steel products. The R&D team adopted top-grade 304 stainless steel, and after one year of algorithm testing and continuous adjustments, we designed the octopus-shaped chair legs. However, due to the overly complicated structure of the eight-claw design, which was inconsistent with our product philosophy, the final version was finalized as a four-claw design. It will be fully launched onto the market in 2026.

Patent Certification
We have accumulated nearly 200 design patents and utility model patents. Our first patented product was launched in 2019. Patents cover all categories including bar stools, dining chairs, office chairs, etc., promoting industry development with innovation strength and protecting original brand design.
Product Design
Adhering to the philosophy that "design originates from life and surpasses life," our products cover five major styles: light luxury, Italian, minimalist, modern simple, and wabi-sabi. We focus on ergonomic design, balancing practicality and artistry. Chair legs feature bronze/red bronze tones, seats are made of high-end leather, creating dual experience of comfortable seating and high-end visual appeal.

Leather is the "clothing" of furniture. Heduen selects premium leather, strictly controls process quality, deeply cooperates with domestic listed companies and international renowned leather suppliers, and customizes leather series that meet brand standards, balancing feel, durability, and aesthetics to create the core texture of high-quality furniture.
Italian Plain-grain Cowhide
The success of Meirou Leather led us to wonder whether genuine leather could achieve the same remarkable results. We reached out to our partner factory in Italy, and through our joint efforts,we developed a new type of genuine leather. Its dry-rub resistance standard—over 1,000 cycles—doubles the international benchmark of 500 cycles.This leather also retains the natural grain of cowhide to the greatest extent possible. Featuring a delicate, supple texture, it is resistant to wear and tear,and delivers exceptional seating comfort. It has become our best-selling genuine leather .

Italian Embossed Cowhide
Issues such as visible blood vessels, mosquito bite marks and scars on plain-grain cowhide have long been the pain points we aimed to resolve. To address this problem, we proactively collaborated with our partner factory in Italy. Through continuous mold adjustments and manufacturing process refinement, we not only retained the excellent material properties of plain-grain cowhide—with a dry-rub resistance of over 1,000 cycles—but also achieved a flawless surface finish.

Meimei PU Leather
Inspired by the iconic sequined dress that became a sensation when international superstar Taylor Swift wore it during her Singapore concerts, our team spent six months developing a leather material infused with this glamorous vibe. However, due to technical constraints, we were unable to achieve the desired shimmering effect.Instead, we opted for a matte finish over a glossy one.Crafted with countless polygonal subtle patterns, this leather features a design where dots connect to form lines, and lines converge to create a cohesive surface. The overall texture resembles a mist-shrouded lake—exquisitely beautiful. Hence, we named it "Meimei Leather".

Meirou PU Leather
Over a decade of customer-facing experience has taught us that many clients are consistently in search of products with longer service lives. Through persistent efforts, our team has finally developed a premium leather material—Meirou Leather.This leather boasts a service life of 10 years or more, contains no PVC whatsoever, and meets international environmental standards.Soft and skin-friendly, it is resistant to wear and scratches, featuring a dense, lustrous texture. Its performance is comparable to that of genuine leather, yet it costs less than half the price of genuine leather.It has garnered widespread positive feedback from customers and established itself as our star product.

In response to customer feedback indicating a demand for higher-quality product fabrics, we have innovatively developed a new leather material by combining the softskin-friendly texture of Meirou Leather with the breathable and wear-resistant properties of full-grain leather,thus achieving an upgrade in quality.When it comes to color selection, we found that the golden warm tones of jaguar fur precisely align with our product philosophy. Featuring a warm-to-the-touch texture paired with cozy autumn and winter hues, this new material is set to be our flagship product for Autumn & Winter 2025.

A high-quality product has the power to drive the creation of another one.Heduen's products are beloved and sought after by numerous customers for their unique textures, yet the scratch vulnerability of their materials has become an obstacle to further development. When developing this leather material, we not only retained the original special textures of the leather surface but also comprehensively upgraded the material performance. Going forward, we will continue to research, develop and design more products using this leather material.
